American Marine Performance (AMP) of Pompano Beach, FL, has announced the acquisition of the renowned 35-foot catamaran mold from Speed Marine of California, expanding the company’s high-performance lineup and accelerating its growth in the performance cat segment.

The newly named AMP 35 will debut at the Miami International Boat Show in February 2026, followed by the AMP 39 this spring. AMP received the complete AMP 35 mold set last night, and the AMP 39 plugs have also arrived, allowing production to begin immediately.

“We are fully mobilized to bring both new cats to market,” said AMP owner Arthur Fusco. “Our team is already working intensively on the AMP 39 molds and preparing for production. The AMP 35 was an opportunity that aligned perfectly with our vision, and once the molds became available, it became clear this model belonged in our lineup.”

Early market response has exceeded expectations, with three AMP 35s and four AMP 39s pre-sold prior to public release. The AMP 35 will offer multiple Mercury Racing twin-engine configurations—300 hp, 400 hp, or 500 hp—giving customers a wide range of performance options. The model will feature PPI (Premier Performance Interiors) upholstery, GatorStep flooring, Garmin electronics, JL Audio speakers, and AMP’s exclusive rigging system, a level of engineering and execution not previously seen in a catamaran of this class. “We are far ahead of the competition,” added Arthur Fusco. “Our focus is innovation, precision, and delivering a completely elevated ownership experience.”

The AMP 35 and AMP 39 join the company’s established center-console lineup—the AMP 333 and the flagship AMP 433—further solidifying American Marine Performance as a full-spectrum performance boat manufacturer.
